  1. Hi, I am interested buying some land, like woodland in Wales (like Chris Harbour), and to build a cabin on it to live there (either permanently or not).

    I have trouble finding proper A to Z information about Planning Permission for these type of actions. Could anyone help and/or have any examples on this.

    Surely anyone with enough cash at hand can buy some land, though what is allowed by planning to build, duration to stay, and how to find this out.

    Any help is appreciated.

    I am considering buying some land which already has a barn with office inside and a greenhouse which both are legitimate but needed some advice on changing the office to residential. The land is in an AONB area. If residential not possible then other possibilities such as forestry/charcoal routes.

  3. Hi, need some help to understand and gain planning on agricultural land please. We already have business planning (that ive been told about, not done myself) on the exciting barn thats there, but we will be having animals so will need to live there for calves and lambs etc, how do i go about this? Thanks

  4. I have agriculture land, a barn on it. I have livestock. and need to be there.. living there. to make sure their ok.. is there a way I can apply the planners with temporary planning, or retrospective planning? do I just live there and apply. whilst there? I dont want a huge footprint of a house.. log cabin will do..

Hi,I Need so help or advice with a enforcement notice on my land ( I got to remove my dwelling be the 20 of nov ) I lived on the land for 4 year and now the council are kicking me off ) I have got 30 Alpaces and permission for a barn which I started 15 mouths ago ? A friend said I can have a dwelling if I am involved in the build of the barn ? I am building the barn is this right
